- This is far more than just day of or month of planning. Once we are hired, you can contact us by phone or e-mail to begin answering wedding questions whether your wedding is a year or a month away
- Complimentary consultation to layout wedding and reception ideas. Consultant will be able to offer suggestions on the initial steps to take regarding your wedding style, budget and color combinations
- Offer style, color suggestions for wedding attire, décor and overall wedding vision
- Suggest a variety of ideas for centerpieces for any budget
- Our preferred vendor list to narrow down your selections based on our past experience with them. No vendor hiring or vendor meetings are done by the planner, but recommendations are given
- Monthly checklist to keep you on target and when each task should be focused on
- A wrap up meeting prior to the wedding to discuss the final details of the actual wedding weekend
- Create a wedding weekend schedule for vendors, family and bridal party
- Follow-up with phone calls to vendors, regarding information detailed on the weekend agenda
- Checklist of whom is responsible for taking home gifts, cake topper, bridal portrait and keepsakes
- Phone meeting with the reception site coordinator to ensure all parties are in sync
- Coordinator’s assistance at the rehearsal directing the flow of the ceremony
- Instructions on the family’s and bridal party’s responsibilities
- Assist with reception site decorating (this may be limited or vary based on time constraints)
- Transport wedding items to the ceremony and/or reception site (napkins, favors, guest book, etc)
- We will bring our wedding day emergency kit (black socks, super glue, hair spray, bobby pins, etc.)
- Distribute and pin all bridal party and family flowers prior to the ceremony
- Set-up wedding programs and guest book in their proper place
- Layout guest cards, table numbers, favors, menu cards and seating chart
- Bustle your wedding gown after the ceremony
- Distribute “day of” payments to your vendors
- Greet your guests at the reception offer any necessary directions
- Coordinate the agenda of the evening (the toast, 1st dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss)
- Load gifts and personal items into the assigned family vehicle or on site suite
- Distribute “exit” favors to the guests and line them up for the couple’s exit
- Coordinator available for up to 9 hours on the wedding day

- All items included with the Wedding Advisor , as well as:
- Contact and reserve appropriate professionals to service your wedding. If your schedule does not allow for actual vendors meetings , we will design the wedding based on your color and style preferences
(Vendors to include floral, catering, photography, videographer, ceremony music, linens, officiant, church, reception site, lighting, reception music, invitations, bakery, alterations, décor, hair and makeup)
- Arrange and coordinate group transportation for the ceremony and reception guests
- Create a wedding budget estimate worksheet
- Assist with details on obtaining a marriage license
- Assist with music selections for the ceremony and the reception
- Recommend locations for rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon and post wedding brunch
- Arrange for hotel guest room blocks (limited to 3 hotels)
- Coordinator and assistant are on site a minimum of two hours prior to the wedding for final details, dressing and flower distribution. More time may be required based on specific design requirements
- Check with attendants on removing all personal items from ceremony site bridal room
- Confirm with Best Man and Maid of Honor on transporting Bride and Groom's luggage/personal items
- Deliver reception meal and slice of wedding cake to the bridal suite after the reception, when staying on site. If reception and suite are at separate facilities, a box will be prepared to take with you
- Place personal items (bouquet, cake topper, guest book, table cameras) in the appropriate vehicle or suite
- Package the anniversary cake for the mother of the bride or maid of honor to freeze
- Oversee vendor clean-up
- Gather centerpieces and remaining decorations
- Coordinator available on the wedding day for up to 10 hours
- All linen ordering and floral design appointments will be taken care of by the coordinator
- Regular e-mail reminders on wedding tasks that still need to be completed
- Make arrangements for the rehearsal dinner including the location, transportation, invitations and décor
- Arrange for babysitting service for the reception
- Discuss different room layout options for the reception
- Oversee vendor clean-up and load out
- Return cake accessories and rental items for deposit return if necessary
- On hand three hours prior to the wedding and available for up to 10 hours on the wedding day

*INVITATIONS: Assemble and mail invitations. We will arrange for the calligraphy. Invitations are required 10 weeks prior to the wedding. Postage is extra based on current postal rates and paid by the bride
*VENDOR SELECTIONS AND IN PERSON CONSULTATIONS: We will go with you to the vendor appointments you want assistance with (floral design, linen selection, catering tasting, etc.) You choose which are most important to have our help and guidance with.
*WELCOME BAGS: We will purchase, assemble and deliver “Welcome Bags” for family, bridal party and
guests to their hotels. Different themes and prices per bag are available
*RETURN FLORAL RENTAL ITEMS: To include vases and other rental items. There are weight/height limits
*WEDDING GOWN: Assist in shopping for the wedding gown at local bridal boutiques
*REFRESHMENTS: Arrange for food and beverage in the bride’s and groom’s dressing rooms while getting
ready with their attendants on the wedding day. Cost of food and delivery paid for by the couple
*GIFTS: Assist with selecting the wedding party gifts and wrapping them
*REHEARSAL DINNER: Assist with locating the venue, décor and invitations
*TUXEDO RETURN: We’ll pick up the tuxes from one location the day after the wedding and return them
*GOWN CLEANED: We will pick up the gown and arrange for it to be cleaned and boxed

| Destination Weddings vary in cost based on the location. The price will include (on average) the following: The “Wedding Advisor”, per diems for each day of travel, roundtrip air and hotel accommodations (up to four days prior to the wedding for proper arrangements to be made and one day after the wedding). |
